Dining Services: Delicious Meals at Shepherd's Spring

Our Dining Hall, located in the main Lodge, has space for 80-90 people, with a maximum of 100 for receptions. Our exceptional food service staff provides meals and snacks that include vegetarian, gluten-free options, and other dietary needs upon request. 

Mealtimes are typically 8am, 12pm, and 5pm.

Sample Menu

There is a lot of thought put into your retreat's menu. Our chef takes into consideration the time of year/season you are coming, dietary restrictions/food allergies, your group's primary ethnicity, meal requests, and what foods are available for purchase. Below is a sample menu that could be served during your stay. Due to the above factors, we are unable to send out a menu in advance for your group but we certainly take your requests into consideration which you can indicate on the Retreat Questionnaire sent to you approximately 30 days prior to your retreat.

  • What if I have a dietary restriction?

    • Please let your group leader know. He or She will indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies on the Retreat Questionnaire.​

  • When are the meals served? ​

    • Meals are served on the buffet line at 8am, 12pm, and 5pm.​

  • What drinks do you have available?​

    • We have water, iced tea, various kinds of juice, coffee, and hot tea.​
