New Year Renewal Retreat

After the stress of the holidays, join us for a half day of self-care and developing strategies to renew mind, body and spirit. Learn how to incorporate mindfulness into daily living; review the importance of nutrition, exercise and rest for healthy living; explore spirit through sound and music; and reflect on the importance of happiness for a healthier life with four different experienced practitioners.
Cost is $45 per person and includes a healthy lunch. Please register by January 4.
