Rates & Information 2023
General Retreat Information

Guest Check-in is at 4pm - Check-out is at 10am (Meeting space may be utilized until 2pm on day of check-out), These times can be requested to change depending on SS availability.

All overnight stays in the Lodge include meals, one conference room along with towels and linens.

Overnight Cabin retreats include one meal per nights stayed (upgrade to include all meals available) and use of the pavilion (Linens not included).

Mealtimes are 8am, 12pm and 5pm.
Headcounts
Minimum Headcounts:

Peak Season: April May June July August, September & October -- minimum count of 25 people for overnight retreats in the Lodge. (We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for peak season weekends.)

Off Season: November, December, January, February, March -- minimum count of 15 people for overnight retreats.

Final Headcount: To assist in our planning and preparation, we ask you to be as accurate as possible in reporting your final count when filling out the Retreat Questionnaire. Your final count is due 15 days prior to your event. There will be no credit for no shows if your actual attendance is less than your final count. Any increase in the final count can be discussed with our office up to 10 days prior to an event and the invoice will be adjusted. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the additional persons for meals or lodging.
Booking Process:

Step-One: Secure Your Booking
After a date is decided and details are sorted out, the Retreat Manager will email a Facility Agreement which will have your booking information and our policies & procedures. Please review the agreement document to ensure all information is accurate. Then you must sign and return it along with a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. You will then receive confirmation of your program reservation.

Step-Two: Thirty Days Before the Retreat
Approximately 30 days before your retreat, you will receive a retreat questionnaire that will collect information such as final headcounts, dietary requirements, room assignments and meeting space set-up. This document along with the proof of liability insurance document are due 2 weeks prior to your retreat start date.

Step-Three: Final Counts & Balance
Once final counts are turned in, your invoice will be adjusted to the final count and you will be sent a final invoice. You can choose to send final payment before your retreat or pay the balance upon arrival. You may pay using check, cash, or credit card.

Step-Four: Arrival Day
A designated group leader will need to arrive prior to retreat attendees and go over meeting space set-up, room assignments, dietary information, equipment rental as well as policies and procedures. Once everything is set enjoy your retreat and don’t forget to reserve your dates for next year!

The Lodge (Double Occupancy Rates)

The Lodge consists of 24 hotel style rooms with 41 beds. Each room has its own private bathroom.

Single occupancy guests will incur an additional fee of $20 per night.
Poplar Cabins (Chalet Cabins with Full Bathrooms)
Price Per Person Per Night $47

The Poplar Cabins consist of 6 chalet style cabins that can accommodate groups up to 72. Each cabin sleeps 12 (10 bunks and 2 cots).

Groups are responsible for cleaning cabins at the conclusion of their retreat (cleaning supplies are available in each cabin).

Cabin retreats that include all meals are only $75 per person per night. The summer staff cabin is also available for an additional $20 per person per night.

Includes one meal per nights stayed (continental breakfast) and use of the pool house showers/restrooms. Pay only $50 per night to include meals.
