Shepherd's Spring is operated by full-time and seasonal dedicated staff and supplemented by enthusiastic volunteers. All staff and volunteers are screened and trained to provide a safe and meaningful experience for guests.

Cook Needed

Shepherd’s Spring Outdoor Ministry Center needs a cook to prepare meals for staff and guests; reports to Food Service Manager.  If interested, please email us or call 301-223-8193.

Grant Writer Wanted

Shepherd’s Spring Outdoor Ministry Center is looking for a grant writer on a part-time, temporary basis. S/he would be responsible for managing the full range of activities required to find, write, prepare and submit competitive proposals/grants for external funding that supports our mission.  If interested, please email resume.
